The latest Kantar Worldpanel numbers for the 12 weeks leading up to the 10th of June is out, and while it shows growth year over year, its the comparison between last month and this one which is the most interesting.
That shows Windows Phone gained market share in UK, Germany, Italy, Spain and Australia. In France Windows Phone faded somewhat from 3.2 to 2.5% in June, and in USA the first blush of the launch of the Nokia Lumia 900 also faded, and Windows Phone market share slipped once again to 3.0 percent.
Overall however the picture is positive, and I think bodes well for a 10% market share in some markets after Windows Phone 8 launches.
